UK customers should receive their order via Royal Mail within three full working days of it being placed.

Customers in remote locations within the British Isles may have to wait a little longer for parcels to arrive.

Heavy or bulk orders may take an extra day or two longer than normal to arrive (if you’re in a hurry please get in touch so we can work something out!).

Non-EU customers are liable for all costs incurred by the rejection/refusal/return of their order(s), for whatever reason, by customs officials in the destination country or countries en route.
